Robert is a highly experienced public servant with 12 years in senior executive roles in the Commonwealth and ACTPS. This includes key roles in the development of sector-wide workforce strategies, oversight of governance and integrity programs, and the implementation of significant policy and reform activities.
He has a deep understanding of public sector administration, industrial relations, work health and safety and organisational development. He has also worked in ICT, finance and has operational experience.
Robert has demonstrated success in leading people to deliver on projects, including the response to the 2020 bushfire emergency and COVID-19 pandemic, transitioning staff through lasting cultural change and developing senior executive capability. He enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is always looking forward to the next challenge.
