Unlock the power of data to drive smarter, more secure decisions across the APS.
Overview
Unlock the power of data to drive smarter, more secure decisions across the APS. In today’s public service, managing risk is a core component of everyone’s role. Effective risk management supports informed decision-making, fosters innovation, and helps us achieve positive outcomes for our organisations and the community.
This session provides a foundational overview of risk management through a data-focused lens. We will connect you with the essential risk terminology and processes, demonstrating how to leverage data to identify, describe, and manage risk effectively. By integrating the principles of risk management, we will empower you to use data not just for insights, but for foresight.
