The 2024 NAIDOC week theme – ‘Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud’ – celebrates Australian Indigenous identities. This theme centres on inviting all Australians to listen, engage, learn and celebrate the wisdom, achievements, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

In its third year, our NAIDOC Week hackathons explore ways of improving outcomes for First Nations staff in the public sector using the NAIDOC week theme for inspiration. This year, we will dive into fostering a public sector culture which fully values and respects the wisdom and contributions of Australian First Nations peoples.

Our hackathon will be hosted by Carlie Kelly from the ACT Community Services Directorate.

We have limited capacity – register now!
