Llewella has had an extensive career in leading marketing, communications and media for private enterprise and federal government.
For more than a decade Llewella worked in senior marketing positions in broadcast media with Southern Cross Austereo and ARN in Australia, the Guardian Media Group in the UK and Southern Cross Austereo in Asia including Malaysia, China, Indonesia and India. Delivering clever ideas to global brands, understanding audiences and leading marketing strategies to achieve business goals is something that comes naturally to Llewella.
When returning to Australia Llewella opted for a change of pace and entered an eight year career in federal government with the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. During this time Llewella was a senior communications adviser for a Coordinator General, Chief of Staff for the Hon Alan Tudge MP, led a $200 million program to partner with the largest companies in Australia, led communications for the Referendum Council and refocused stakeholder engagement for the Office for Women.
In need of a creative outlet Llewella joined forces with a friend in 2017 and launched rowdy Inc, a strategic communications and marketing agency focused on supporting women and producing exceptional work for private sector and government clients.
Llewella holds qualifications in Journalism, a mini MBA in Marketing from Marketing Week and has studied Disruptive Innovation and Design Thinking from Harvard Business School Online.
