Llewella’s expertise is focused on helping organisations find greater value for audiences that matter to them. With a diverse background spanning multiple continents and industries, she has consistently delivered value to some of the world’s leading brands.
As the former head of marketing and promotions at prominent broadcast media entities like Southern Cross, Auststereo and The Guardian, Llewella’s career has taken her across the globe, from Australia and the UK to Malaysia, India, China, and Indonesia.
In 2008, Llewella returned to Australia and transitioned her career to the Australian Public Service. Here, she redirected her focus from commercial interests to societal advancement. Over the years, Llewella assumed pivotal roles, including head of communications for the Constitutional Recognition Taskforce, Director of the Employment Parity Initiative, and head of Engagement for the Office of Women, all within the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
Llewella co-founded Rowdy Inc in 2016 that brings together her public and private sector experience with the focus on projects that contribute positively to Australia’s development. Rowdy combine marketing, communications and innovation methodologies to explore human motivators and needs, work through direction setting and implement tactics that help organisations find greater value for their audiences.
