Kirsty is the Director of Leadership Programs in the Learning and Development Branch at Services Australia. She is proud to lead the teams responsible for the design, development and delivery of enterprise-wide leadership learning programs, focused on strengthening leadership capability and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the agency.
Of note, Kirsty recently led the implementation of the Services Australia Service Delivery Immersion Program (Senior Executive), which has strengthened the focus on customer outcomes in the delivery of policy and programs across government.
The Immersion Program has also enhanced collaboration and capability across the Australian Public Service, highlighting the broader impact of strategic learning initiatives.
Kirsty brings over 25 years’ experience across the private and public sectors and has been part of the Australian Public Service since 2008. She has held roles in the Department of Defence, Department of Social Services, and Services Australia, with experience aligning policy, strategy, and service delivery.
