Kieran is a Director at the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts. In his current role he leads the team providing oversight of the Government Business Enterprise building and preparing to operate the Western Sydney International Airport. Previous roles have been in the areas of infrastructure program delivery and policy, transport regulation and corporate enabling services, with a focus on information access and privacy. Prior to joining Infrastructure, he worked in the ACT Government CMTEDD,  the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, Department of Health and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. Kieran is passionate about APS craft and capability – particularly in the concept of leadership at every level, and joined the Future Leaders Committee in 2024.
