Born in Canberra, Kathy is the Co-founder of the Centre for Collective Leadership, a for purpose business established in 2023. The Centre is pioneering work on leadership, culture change, strategy and reform for complex settings. Kathy has worked in and with public sector agencies for over 30 years first as a public servant. Her consulting and advisory roles include fifteen years at her own boutique consulting firm and later as a national leader and partner in a big 4 consulting firm.
Kathy specialises in public, health and social services sectors. Her consulting expertise – Strategy, Leadership, Culture and Reform. She researches the practices of leadership to shape and steer change, facilitate progress, and deliver impact. She is regularly engaged to facilitate high stakes forums for disparate voices, to make progress on complex challenges.
Kathy is a creative, empathetic and purpose driven leader.
