Jessica Hall serves as the Deputy Secretary for the Infrastructure Group within the Australian Government’s Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts. Within this role, Ms. Hall assumes the responsibility of offering counsel on areas such as the Commonwealth Infrastructure Projects, Land Transport Infrastructure, Road and Vehicle Safety as well as Olympic, Paralympic & Sports Infrastructure. Preceding this position, Ms. Hall held a number of senior positions within the infrastructure, science, and education portfolios, amassing over 20 years of involvement in addressing economic and social policy matters within the Australian Public Service. Notably, she has pursued an Executive program in infrastructure financing at Harvard Kennedy School, and she has attained Master’s degrees in both International Law and Asian Studies
