Holly Kessler is the executive assistant to the chief executive officer of the Australian Sports Commission, where she also provides executive support to the ASC Chair and chief of staff. Working at the centre of the organisation, Holly supports executive governance, strategic coordination and high-profile stakeholder engagement across government, sport, and international partners.

Before joining the Australian Public Service, Holly spent almost a decade living and working overseas in the commercial and private aviation sectors. The fast-paced, high-pressure nature of those roles developed the adaptability, sound judgement and calm decision-making that continue to underpin her approach to executive support.

Passionate about modern executive partnership, Holly believes the executive assistant role has evolved well beyond traditional administrative support. She is a strong advocate for executive assistants as trusted advisers who enable leaders to make better decisions, strengthen governance and build high-performing organisations.

Holly is currently completing a Diploma of Leadership and Management and is passionate about continuous learning, professional growth and helping elevate the executive assistant profession across the public sector.
