Andrew has been providing procurement, probity and assurance services for over 20 years, including sixteen years as a founding Partner of O’Connor Marsden and Associates (OCM). At OCM he is responsible for probity, procurement and ethics product quality assurance and leadership nationally.
Andrew is a probity and procurement specialist and has provided probity, procurement and risk services to all levels of government, focused on commonwealth government and state and territory agencies. Andrew focuses on supporting effective procurement outcomes so that defensible, sound and ethical decisions are made that represent value for money.
Andrew holds a Diploma of Teaching, Bachelor of Arts – Psychology Major from Macquarie University, a Master of Policy & Applied Social Research from Macquarie University, and a Business Management Certificate from the Australian Institute of Management.
