Leanne joined Comcare in May 2022 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, Leanne was Assistant Secretary for Budget and Policy in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Leanne has held a variety of other senior executive roles across multiple agencies in the Australian government, delivering large transformation initiatives and driving corporate and central agency strategy and processes – including HR and Finance related. Leanne has also worked in several policy agencies and represented Australia in the Philippines and Indonesia with immigration.
Leanne holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) and a Doctorate in History and Sociology.
