Kelly Pearce proudly served in the public service for over 40 years, including 20 as a senior executive, until recently retiring. Kelly is excited to use her extensive experience to continue to contribute to public service and its people.
Her experience includes diverse roles in Education, Prime Minister and Cabinet, Environment, Finance, Transport and Regional Development, Communications, Bureau of Statistics, Tax and Social Security. She has worked on the front line in Social Security, in human resource development roles, has run programs, developed policy and been a regulator.
She is an accredited coach and active mentor.
