Jasna has over 17 years of experience in the Australian Public Service (APS) and has worked in various roles and departments. Jasna is currently an SES Band 2 officer in the Department of Education leading the People, Parliamentary and Communication Division and is the department’s Chief People Officer and Chief Risk Officer. Jasna is passionate about improving the quality and impact of public administration in Australia and is an active contributor and steward of building capability in the APS having led several initiatives to build organisational capacity, capability and culture. Jasna is a certified HR Practitioner through the Australian Human Resources Institute, has an Executive Masters in Public Administration through the Australia and New Zealand School of Government and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Company Directors Course.
