“Really well structured and highly relevant content. Loved that the program covered both theoretical frameworks and practical strategies for leadership.”

“I have loved being part of this training program over the past four days. It’s been such a great experience. I have learned so much from different speakers and also from the attendees, who brought different perspectives to every topic discussed. I left the training with a new outlook.”

The Future Leaders program will be run multiple times in 2025 with both in-person and virtual delivery.

Cohort 1 will be offered in person in Canberra and Cohort 2 will be delivered digitally via Microsoft Teams. Cohort 3 will be offered as a four-day, in-person intensive.

The Future Leaders program is open to IPAA ACT corporate members only. Check if your organisation is a member here.

Applicants should be at APS6 to EL1 level, or equivalent levels for private sector or academia. The program is not suitable for those currently undertaking a graduate program.

Each cohort offers a series of six unique, immersive sessions that will build and amplify participants’ leadership skills and help them thrive in an ever-transforming public sector.
