Future-Ready Public Sector Leadership
We are running three Future-Ready Leadership Programs across 2026, with a mix of digital and in-person sessions!
Are you an experienced EL1 or EL2 (or equivalent) looking to elevate your leadership skills and potentially prepare yourself for senior executive roles?
IPAA ACT supports public sector practitioners to forge a rewarding and impactful career, not just training for a single job. We are focused on the long-term career of public sector leaders across your many roles, departments and projects. Our Future-Ready Leadership Program is designed to help you look at existing and future challenges with different lenses and tools, enhancing your leadership capabilities and connecting you to a network of leaders which will set you up for success not just for today but for senior executive roles in the future.
In 2026 the program involves 21 contact hours plus supplementary resources and is offered in 3 formats – fully digital (helping, for example, to support participants working outside of Canberra); a hybrid mix of digital and in person; and fully in person.
This program is ideal for leaders committed to driving impactful, future-oriented outcomes and making informed decisions for lasting success within their teams. Don’t miss this chance to position yourself and your organisation for long-term growth! Unlock a future where your leadership not only responds to change but shapes it. Join us in building a stronger, future-proof public sector.
