Business Partnering Unpacked helps public sector professionals move from transactional service delivery to strategic stakeholder partnership. Through practical activities, personality mapping and government examples, participants build deeper organisational insight, strengthen influence and communication, and learn to align services with stakeholder priorities so they can demonstrate value, improve engagement and support better public sector outcomes consistently and sustainably.

You’ll explore the what, why and how of business partnering in a public sector context. This practical introductory program will help you become more stakeholder-focused in your thinking, communication, outputs and service delivery.

Across the program, you’ll build deeper organisational insight, understand stakeholder priorities more clearly, and learn how to position yourself as a trusted authority who can influence at any level.

This course is delivered as two half-day digital workshops via Microsoft Teams.

The course includes practical activities, public sector examples, stakeholder-focused exercises, discussion and action planning. You will receive a workshop booklet to record in-business tasks, challenges and next steps.
