Pamela has a diverse background spanning senior roles across a range of organisations including commonwealth departments, (line departments, PM&C and statutory agencies), Universities Australia, think-tanks, and research institutes.  She has a life-long commitment to good policy and leadership, as well as effective adult learning and professional development. Through Kinnford Consulting (and, until recently, as professor of practice with QUT’s Canberra-based campus) Pamela has been closely involved in building policy and leadership capability for the public service (from graduate through to SES levels), focusing on the design, teaching and facilitation of bespoke programs to support the professional growth and capability of public policy professionals.
