Frances Gamble
CEO at Out for Australia
Frances (she/her) leads the national, for-purpose organisation Out for Australia, having been CEO since the start of 2021. Out for Australia empowers LGBTQIA+ people to thrive at work in the formative stages of their career, and is known for running Australia’s largest LGBTQIA+ career mentoring program. Frances has over 10 years’ experience in the for-purpose sector and has a background in policy, leadership, marketing and wine studies. She is passionate about positive social change through strategy, collaboration and evidence-based policy making, and also works in data integration at the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
