Dr Nicole Steele is an Assistant Commissioner in the People Insights branch of the Australian Public Service Commission. In this role, she has leadership responsibilities for collecting APS workforce data, including through the APS Employee Census, and reporting insights in the State of the Service Report. Nicole is a psychologist, with over 20 years’ public service experience focused on workforce engagement and wellbeing.
