Caroline Walsh is the Chief Executive Officer of IPAA ACT and Executive Director of IPAA nationally. Previously, she was Group Manager, Inclusion Group at the Australian Public Service. Caroline is passionate about public service and has a 20 year career spanning the Commonwealth and state public sectors. She has held senior roles covering policy, reform, regulation and service delivery. Caroline has qualifications in law and government and a background in industrial relations, having started her career as an industrial advocate. She has four children and is passionate about inclusion and flexibility.
