Alyssa has a broad career spanning over 12 years in the Australian Public Service (APS) in executive support roles, and is currently the EA to the Deputy Secretary and Chief Operating Officer at the Department of Home Affairs. Alyssa is a career EA and is passionate about leading high-performing and functioning EA teams with a ‘continuous improvement’ mindset that influences the performance of EAs by generating new ways of thinking, leading, and working in the EA role.
