Oceania Workforce Advisory Leader at EY Australia
Adam is a Partner, the Work Force Advisory Oceania Lead of EY’s People Advisory Services Team in Melbourne, and the head of EY’s Global Leadership Consulting practice. He has over 20 years experience in Human Capital consulting, delivering transformation programmes across multiple sectors, – working with public sector departments, delivery units and ASX/FTSE 100 organisations. His experience spans across the United Kingdom and Australia. Adam specialises in working with organisations to help assure the delivery of major workforce initiatives. He focuses on the leadership and people dimensions of an organisation – having designed and delivered enterprise organisation design and workforce planning, development/alignment programmes. Adam earned an MSc (coaching and consulting for change) from HEC/Oxford University, and a Master’s in politics, philosophy and economics from Oxford University.
