A joint IPAA and ABS event to discuss unlocking the value of Australia's public data

The Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA), in partnership with the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS), invites you to attend a half-day conference on Public Sector Data Integration: Unlocking the value of Australia’s public data on Friday 3 November, from 9:00am to 12:00pm.

Integrated data is increasingly being used in creative ways to untangle complex policy problems. As these innovations progress, governments are facing legislative, collaborative and ethical challenges. This event will showcase advances in the use of data integration and explore how to achieve its future potential.

The event will include an opening address by Adrian Turner, CEO of Data61. This will be followed by two panel discussions and a summation by David W. Kalisch,  Australian Statistician at the ABS.

The conference will include the opportunity for audience engagement through polling and a Question and Answer session for each panel.
